Any hate crime can be reported via this site, and will be dealt with the strictest confidence. Please remember you can be a third party person reporting hate crimes against other people, you do not have to be the victim yourself. You can be as anonymous as you wish to be, though the more information that the MSU receive the more chance they have of securing a conviction.
